Some 30 acres split into 147 allotments are up for auction on the south side of Whitby Street between the Moonee Ponds Creek and Daly Street and extending south to the south side of Hunter Street. There was a second auction on the 1st of March offering 100 allotments. I am not sure what happened to that auction as there was another sale on the 16th of August, five months later, still offering 100 allotments. Half of those must have been sold as on the 6th of December they were offering only 45 allotments for sale.
