Description
A subdivision of 35 allotments running from Ringwood (now Dorset) Road eastwards to the railway line picking up Reve, Alfred and Douglas Streets. The auctioneers had a good day – a report from the Argus of the 20th of January 1913:-
SUBURBAN PROPERTY SALES
There was a large attendance at the auction sale of the Electric Station Estate, Boronia on Saturday afternoon. The sale was conducted by Mr. H. C. Costello, of Messrs H. C. Costello and Co. Of the lots offered 31 were sold and realised £3405/15/- after keen bidding. Prices ranged from £1/11/- to £3/1/- per foot on Ringwood Road, £1/5/- to £1/7/- in Douglas Street, £1 to £1/2/- in Alfred Street and 18/- to £1 in Reve Street.
