Description
Naylor & Co. are selling off 27 villa site ranging from 1 to 3 acres. I could find no reports on how the sale, in their city office, went. The poster has north pointing south west on the poster which I find most confusing when trying to orientate myself. The land being auctioned starts on the beach at Canadian Bay and heads inland, south east, towards Point Nepean Road (now Old Mornington Road). Other streets covered are Glen Shian Lane, Watts Parade, Williams Road, Jacksons Road and Daveys Road – not a street to see.
