Description
This is the face page advertising the October 1885 auction of the Henty Paddock. This auction was first advertised for the 3rd of October and was listed as 20 allotments. I could find no newspaper reports for the change of date, often it will be Melbourne’s weather, or the reduction in allotments. I also had a question – Where are lots 1 to 26? These 17 allotment run along the eastern side of Coleridge Street between Fitzwilliam and Wellington Streets and along the southern side of Wellington Street between Coleridge Street and Selborne Road.
