Description
This auction was first advertised for the 3rd of October and was listed as 20 allotments. I could find no newspaper reports for the change of date, often it will be Melbourne’s weather, or the reduction in allotments. I also had a question – Where are lots 1 to 26? These 17 allotment run along the eastern side of Coleridge Street between Fitzwilliam and Wellington Streets and along the southern side of Wellington Street between Coleridge Street and Selborne Road.
