The poster has 75 allotments that have been coloured in, the whole of the northern section, every block sold and yet the southern section, 28 allotment are clear, none sold. I found the advertisements for the southern section but none for the northern section. Strange, maybe the northern was sold earlier by private sale, but for all to sell – strange. Advertisements on the 9th of November 1904 said that there were 26 allotments for sale – seems 2 had already been sold. The subdivision starts on Lower Heidelberg road between Waterdale Road and Young Street and heads north to the railway line. The northern section covers Station Street Westley Avenue Ivanhoe Parade and Upper Heidelberg Road.
