Kiora Estate 26th January 1924 – Point Lonsdale

The subdivision is of 66 allotments and on the day, Australia Day 1924, it seems few sold. Five allotments have pencil markings, lots 15 to 19, probably indicating the sale price in shillings per frontage foot. In December 1924, eleven months, later there were advertisements for an auction of some 55 allotments. Presumably only 11 sold in the eleven months. The poster itself is very smart.
