Description
There were many advertisements running up to the auction but no reports on the sale except that on the 25th of April 1923 there was a small classified say that the unsold lots were available for private sale at 35/- per frontage foot. The subdivision starts on the south east corner of Station Street and Woodhouse Grove heads south to cover both sides of Dane Street then east to cover both sides of Linda Avenue. Other streets covered are Reid, Bell and Richard.
