Description
At the time, 1888, there were so many “Railway Station Estates” it makes research just that more difficult. All auctioneers were facing the end of the land boom and ran many advertisements in many newspapers – and there were so many papers at that time. But we have been left with a very smart poster. The subdivision runs north from Murray Road along the east side of Grampian Street and the western side of Tynan Street to both sides of Benambra Street. All of Charles Street is included.
