Ninety-three allotments up for sale in November 1886 – still two years of the land boom to go. Streets involved include Warburton, Marden, Matlock, Morseby, Myrtle, Carinda and Prospect Hill Road. Originally the sale was planned for the 23rd of October but here is an advertisement from the Argus 25th of October:-
