The subdivision is in the area bounded by Great Valley Road, Wills Street, York Road and probably Elm Road although it is not marked. Oak Road (now Kyarra) runs through the development. Someone has recorded the sale price and most sold for over £4 per frontage foot – that’s £200 for a building block and the year is 1888.
