Description
There were a reasonable number of advertisements for this sale. They started a week before Christmas 1885, another big one on Boxing Day and a series of five running up to the day of the sale. I could find no reports on how well the sale went. The subdivion itself runs south from High Street along Setmour Avenue to Union Street.
