I could find just the one advertisement for this sale, on the 23rd of November, 1888 in the Argus. No reports on the sale either. The subdivision starts on the eastern side of Yarra Street Extension and heads east along both sides of Tough Street ( now Yarra Grove) to Evandale Road (now Majore Street).
