Description
While the poster looks like it was promoting a private sale of the 32 business and 39 Villa sites they did go to auction on the 26th of May 1923 with 32 business sites and 39 building sites. I could not find any reporting on the success of the auction. The area for sale runs eastward along the south side of Norwood (now Toorak) Road to line up with the Trent Street Reserve (so maybe 6 or 7 lots before Trent Street). Back on the western side of the railway line the development runs south down the eastern side of summerhill Road to Station Street then east to the railway line.
