Description
A poster promoting the private sale of some 203 allotments in Frankston South. There is no date on the poster but given the reference to President Roosevelt, President of the USA 1933 to 1945, the State Library of Victoria have gone for the 1930s. I could find no newspaper advertisements mentioning the sale. Many of the allotments on the east side of Campbell Crescent (now Fenton and Pakeside Crescent) have been saved for parkland.
