Tooronga Station Estate East Malvern 1890s – Malvern

The State Library of Victoria has this sale in the 1890s but there are newspaper reports of sales, listed as the Tooronga Station Estate, happening in 1917.  The land in that sale was in Warner Street, between the 2 parcels of land being offered here.  So the date may be later than the 1890s. There are two parcels of land, one bounded by Tooronga Road in the west, Malvern Road in the south, Queen Street covers the west and Milton Parade the north. The second parcel picks up Mary StreetElizabeth Street, Beavan Street and Milton Parade.  Hilda (now Lara) and Ethel run north/south through this parcel. There are two right-of-ways, both still exist, one has a name, Walsh Street, the other does not.
