Description
Great poster full of color and information. The subdivision runs along Mountain View Road (now Monash Street) between Piedmont and Naples Streets. Seven weeks earlier a similar subdivision was sold off one block to the west, running along Wellman Street. GBM will be remembered for recording the sale price of each block. Blocks along the eastern side of Mountain View Road (backing on Box Hill Grammar School – Now Kingswood College) were cheaper than those on the western side.
