We have 43 allotments and 2 houses for sale, the property of Mr. Harry Miskin who lived at lot 42 (the brick villa).  He may have bought the whole property in December 1908. This auction in 1922 was advertised as a “Realisation” sale. The subdivision starts on the south side of Heidelberg Road and heads south along both sides of Yarraford Avenue to the river. A section on the eastern side of Yarraford Avenue, closest to the river, was not in the sale.
