Description
Another super crisp poster from Troedel & Co. with 130 lots for sale in January 1888. There have been many name changes in this subdivision and if it was not for Koornang and Neerim Roads holding firm I would have been lost. The subdivision starts on the north east corner of Koornang and Neerim Roads and heads north to Carrington (now Jersey) Parade taking in both sides. It then runs east to cover both sides of Railway (now Trenmere) Avenue. Streets covered include Shepperson (now Shepparson), Belsize and Rosstown (now Elliot) Avenues. I could not find any reports on the success of the auction but in September of 1888 a number of blocks were again being offor for sale.
