Description
Mr. Troedel and company have produce a great poster for this sale in 1885. The landscape drawing at the top may be the view from the development to the Dandenong Ranges …. . maybe. The land runs west off Darling Road to nearly Lloyd Street. It covers both sides of Summer Hill Road (now Summerhill Avenue) and, for which the development was named, Darling Grange (now Rothesay Avenue).
