Description
The subdivision starts on the north west corner of Whitehorse Road and Kingsley Crescent, spreading west along Whitehorse for 10 allotments then north to Victoria Crescent. It follows the western side of Kingsley picking up Gilbert Street along the way. Some of the blocks are exceptionally deep, seven or so 270 to 300 feet deep. The auction must have gone reasonably well as 3 weeks later there were advertisements for the remaining 7 blocks. There was no indication which block from the subdivision remained.
