Mr. Richard Scholes has died. They sold off all his farming equipment and machinery late last year and now they have divided his 193 acres into 18 lots. The land is on the south side of High Street Road and runs south along Twickenham Road to Gardiners Creek. At a guess I would say Twickenham Road is Munro Avenue and the estate would extends west to Sherwood Street and east to Ashburn Grove. That is a guess working from the distance from High Street Road to the creek and the shape of the creek.
